Caring for your candle
A few things you need to note for the best candle performance…
Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch - this helps to prevent the smell of soot
The size of the candle works in proportion to the size of the space. The bigger the space, the bigger the candle needed to fill up the room with scent
Never let your candle burn for more than 4 hours. However, our personal advice is to check the heat of your candle vessel at the 2 hour mark
For each burn, it’s best to let your candles reach a full melt pool for an even burn - this usually takes an hour or two!
Never leave your lit candle unattended!
Ensure your lit candle is away from draft and air currents to help steady your flame for an even burn. Putting a candle in the presence of these will produce an uneven burn and you will probably smell more soot than scent!
